Welcome to Clash of the Titans in Wales. Here you will find detailed information and pictures of the Welsh filming locations for the 2010 remake. The main and most epic location is Dinorwig Quarry, a disused slate quarry near Llanberis. Scenes were also shot in Newborough forest and Llanddwyn Beach on the Isle of Anglesey.
"There's a line in the script that said, "They reached the end of the known world." I would like for the audience to really discover something that they've never seen before. And Tenerife gives us that, Wales to a certain extent gives us this. If you frame it right, Wales is amazing." Louis Leterrier, Director
